"It looks nice enough, but the quality is..."
It looks nice enough, but the quality is just okay. The clasp feels weak, like it might not hold up for long. I reached out about it and got one of those canned apology replies, which just made it more annoying. I don’t need a copy-paste “sorry for the inconvenience,” I just want the product to feel a little more solid.

"Customer service felt a bit disconnected"
Customer service was okay, but it kind of felt like nobody really read my message at first. They got back to me after a couple of days, which wasn’t terrible, but it did feel a little slow when I was waiting for an actual answer.
The issue did get sorted out in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. I just wish the replies had been clearer and a bit more personal instead of feeling like a generic response

"The site just feels outdated"
I’m not a fan of the way the site looks. The design feels kind of old and cluttered, and browsing around was more annoying than it should’ve been. At times it felt like I was practically begging the site to help me find anything, which just left me feeling a bit resentful instead of interested.

"Just doesn’t feel worth the price"
It looks fine, so I was expecting to feel better about the purchase. But because it costs so much for what you get, I just don’t think it’s worth the price.

"Shipping was okay, just a bit slow"
The order took longer to arrive than I expected, which was a little frustrating. That said, it did show up in good condition, so I can’t complain too much. A little faster shipping would’ve made the experience better
